Elder Smith serves as the Director of Health for the Church Of God In Christ Department of Health. This department provides health and medical information and services for members of COGIC. Within the COGIC Department of Health, Smith has initiated the Community Health Initiative in order to improve the health and wellness of the church members. Smith is the chairman/chief executive officer of ReadyHealthcare Services, the parent company of several major business groups. Smith has 25 years experience in the healthcare services industry.
